NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT Notice is given that Combat Boots 2 The Boardroom, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation with its registered office at 10140 Ford Ave., Suite #5, Richmond Hill, Bryan County, Georgia 31324, intends to file Articles of Amendment with the Georgia Secretary of State to amend its Articles of Incorporation. The amendment will revise the corporation's stated purpose to include, among its charitable and educational activities, the provision of FAA Part 107 unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) training, certification, and career pathway services to veterans, military spouses, and military-connected youth, in addition to its existing workforce development, literacy, and youth development programming.
